Eastern Ck Coach & Setup
COACH & SETUP DAYS
EASTERN CREEK (STH CIRCUIT)
Held at Eastern Creek (Sth Circuit) this is an opportunity to fine-tune your skills, accompanied by experts with a vast knowledge of what it takes to become a complete rider.
The Coaching & Bike Setup day is suitable for track day riders through to racers. There will be 4 groups with a maximum of 15 riders only on the track at one time.
The day will start with a walk of the track together with our coaches. Ask any questions you have at this stage on the best way to ride this course.
Each rider has 6 x 15 minute sessions on the day. In between sessions, coaches are available to give tips, and an expert will be available to talk with about bike set-up. Digital media will be used to help with riding tips.
The day will finish with a debrief to identify any of your training needs, and coaches are available to sign off on any licenses.
Personal training may also be available as an extra on the day , subject to coach availability. Some of our coaches compete overseas during the year.
Canteen food is available to buy. We suggest you bring along your own supply of water and staminade for when the canteen closes.
Cost $279 Eastern Creek and Gold Coast.
